About Us

United American Corp is a US-based corporation founded in 1992.

The company has evolved from a telecommunication and technology asset-based corporation to a conglomerate in real estate development, investment, construction, finance, management, sustainable infrastructure for digital assets and real estate technology, also called PropTech.

The company head office is in Miami, FL with offices in Canada and is a subsidiary of Investel Capital Corp, the family-office founded by Benoit Laliberté in 1994.

Prior of taking control of United Corp with Investel, M. Laliberte founded JITEC Corp in 1986. JITEC was the creator of the cloud computing as we know it today and was a publicly trading corporation listed on the Montreal Stock Exchange after a successful reverse takeover at the turn of the 21^st century. After several controversial episodes that hit the company involving high-profile stock short sellers which lead to legal proceedings against the Quebec Securities Commission for misconduct and then civil fines against himself, M. Laliberte resigned from JITEC and have been the CEO of United American Corp since then.
